48 Hour Cancellations / No Shows Policy

Your appointments are very important to our team of Artists at Lisa Marie Salon, it is reserved especially for you. We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 48 hour notice. This way, our Artist may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.  We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. However, if “last minute cancellations” or “No Shows” become a habit, you will be subject to a cancellation fee and your credit card may be  required to schedule any future appointments.

  • Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
  • ‘No Shows’ will be charged 100% of service amount

As a courtesy, we do text and email to confirm date at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you or leave you a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointment and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you are unsure. This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability as well as keeping our Artist’s schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

 

Arrival

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc.  It happens, we know!!  If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule, however our stylist will do his/her best to accommodate you. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment. We will also do our best to notify you If an Artist is running behind due to late arrivals, long-hair blowdries, color services needing extended process time, etc;

 

Protecting Your Clothing at Salon Visits

Our team follows proper procedures during color services using neck towels and chemical capes that cover the arms, legs and body so color does not get onto clothing. It is recommended you keep your arms and legs properly concealed at all times.  We also provide robes that the client may wish to change into before being draped with a chemical or cutting cape.

 

Service Guarantee

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services.  If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to make any adjustments free of charge.  Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis.

 

Product Guarantee

We believe in providing our clients with the best hair care and styling products on the market.  We take care to use only the highest quality of hair care products so your style will stay looking fresh. Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair, we want you to be happy with the products you are using.   We will gladly accept returns for store credit on any products within 30 days from purchase as long as at least 2/3 of the product is remaining.

 

Cell Phones and Hand-held Devices

We don’t mind if it is really important-maybe your children, etc;, we just ask that you be mindful of others. We recommend, as a courtesy to others, silencing your cell phones and other devices, not using speaker phone, but using headphones or text.

 

Children Safety Policy

Children are permitted in the salon only when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

 

Pricing

Prices for certain services may vary depending on length, texture or desired results. Please consult and ask your stylist for an accurate quote prior to your service.  All our Artists  are independent, therefore, prices may vary amongst each Artist.  See our Services Page for more detail.

 

Parking

You may park in the front, sides and back of the buildings.  There is additional parking at the Train Depot and Police Station. There are NO parking fees or time limits on parking, but please make sure if you are parallel parked that you are facing the direction traffic is going for the side of road you are parked on. If you are facing the opposite direction of flowing traffic for the side of road you are parked, the city may tow your car.
